National Accounts Service Coordinator (Administrative)

The CSA National Accounts Coordinator is responsible for quoting, scheduling maintenance and repairs, and project management of generators, transfer switches, and engine systems for national accounts at sites located throughout North America. The CSA National Accounts Coordinator works with critical infrastructure customers, such as emergency rooms, 911 call centers, telecommunication providers, and data centers in a manner that reflects the company's vision of working as “One Professional Team.”

Pay Rate:  $70,588.37 - $97,062.05 Annually 
Pay rate is dependent upon education & experience. 

Essential Functions:

  • Provides scheduling of preventative maintenance and emergency corrective repairs of generators, engine systems, and transfer switches for national accounts
  • Understands and carries out contract obligations with primary customer
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for external clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates and reports
  • Identifies and collaborates with internal departments and external vendors to schedule services based on customer needs and availability
  • Prepare reports related to service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Maintains internal databases with up-to-date client information and service progress
  • Secures and develops accurate quotes for all services not covered by contract pricing
  • Receives and processes invoices for services and ensures billing to customers in a timely and accurate manner
  • Develop and/or implements department and customer procedures with external vendors, ensuring all site requirements are met
  • Participates in a rotation schedule of on-call emergency response duty
  • Communicates with internal departments to ensure that accounts are set up, invoices are entered, and parts are available and/or ordered
  • Responsible for additional sales in preventive maintenance, corrective work, and additional projects
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Assists CSA National Accounts Manager in quotation of potential new accounts
  • Reports all training needs to CSA National Accounts Manager
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years in an administrative position
  • 5+ years customer service experience
  • 3+ years sales experience

Physical Demands & Competencies:

  • Standing, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearing
  • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing but may require occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds
  • Data Entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organizational, communication & math skills
  • Safety & Product Knowledge
  • Analytical Skills 
  • Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Access with intermediate knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Product Knowledge - effective understanding of transfer switches, generators, and engine systems
  • Preferred: logistical knowledge of CAT and other dealer networks
