Associate Project Manager (Information Technology)



Position Title: Associate Project Manager- Contract Development  (S4)

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Associate Project Manager is part of the Service Delivery Team within Tower Services and is responsible for completing service delivery tasks which include abstracting contractual deal points and equipment and entering them into the customers systems. The APM works closely with team members and within the customer systems.

Responsibilities 

  • Project manage and support all facets of an application (in Crown Castle's and the Customer's Project Management system) from Contract preparation through Contract execution.
  • Responsible for the management and coordination of team members in obtaining and reviewing the accuracy of all contractual abstraction to ensure the agreement can be executed by the customer, IE: contractual terms and equipment abstraction accuracy, modification tracking, proactive problem solving with customer and internal teammates.
  • Submit tickets to customer systems for discrepancy resolution as required.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to provide updates, solve problems, and ensure smooth progress of projects. Maintain clear and consistent communication to address challenges and provide solutions.
  • Generate and deliver reports when needed, ensuring stakeholders are informed on progress, milestones, and any potential project risks or delays.

 

Expectations  

  • Knowledge of telecommunications/wireless associate project management functions, asset management, tower maintenance, and property management
  • Ability to read and compare equipment between multiple sources for accuracy (application, drawings, customer specific program, etc.).
  • Customer service orientation with a strong problem solving approach.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate across multiple service groups to both internal and external customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changes in project scope or timelines, while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Take full responsibility for the completion of assigned tasks and projects. Ensure follow-through on commitments and stay ahead of potential delays.
  • Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise when completing Service Delivery packages. Ability to overcome obstacles and ensuring projects stay on track.

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Required

Experience Qualifications

  • 0 - 3 years of project management experience Required

Where You Will Work

Hybrid: This role falls into our hybrid work model, which is 2-days work from home (Monday and Friday) and 3-days in the office (Tuesday through Thursday) to optimize collaboration, relationship building and key stakeholder engagement and may require some travel as needed.

Compensation

The pay range offered for this position is $32.98 - $45.34 per hour. A candidate's offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives.
