Calculates and analyzes cost estimates to develop pricing models for new and repeat business opportunities
Assigns new pricing in alignment with defined customer strategies including the use of customer specific rate cards
Demonstrates knowledge of Menasha's products and capabilities to align with customer's products and objectives
Develops pricing strategies to support requests for proposals working closely with key stakeholders to maximize profitability and meet customer's requirements
Works closely with Commercial Finance around analysis of planned versus actual performance and profitability for assigned business segments
Interacts with key stakeholders to resolve internal costing or customer pricing discrepancies
Supports continuous improvement initiatives
Prepares and reviews required business reports
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree required
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of and ability to use and influence organization's policies, standards, and procedures to drive efficiencies through the end-to-end process
Proficient in using pricing tools, data analytics, SAP, and MS Excel
Understanding of SAP costing and estimating procedures
Knowledge of the day-to-day operations of a manufacturing plant or facility
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Primarily works in an office environment with occasional time spent in a production and/or warehouse setting
Position may be based at Menasha Packaging site or customer location
