The salary range(s) represents our good faith estimate for the role at this time. While we strive to provide competitive and transparent compensation, there may be circumstances where an offer is above or outside of the listed range. We are open to discussing salary expectations with qualified candidates considering factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location will all be considered during the hiring process.
Senior Stakeholder Business Partner | Pay Range - $85,800.00 - $109,450.00
Stakeholder Business Partner II | Pay Range - $62,500.00 - $83,575.00

The Stakeholder Relations Team
As the primary liaison between SPP and external stakeholders, the Stakeholder Relations Team is dedicated to fostering and nurturing mutually beneficial relationships that support SPP's essential functions. This department excels in facilitation, coordination, organization, issue resolution, and planning, while also proactively managing customer relationships. We achieve this through targeted communication and collaboration with our customers, market participants, and stakeholders.
Your Role:
As the Stakeholder Business Partner, you will play a vital role in supporting designated accounts and engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders within the electric utility industry. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact for Integrated Marketplace and Western Market Participants (MPs), Transmission Customers, Transmission Owners, Meter Agents, and other SPP stakeholders.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of workweek are Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Working extended hours may be required. This position is eligible for up to 50% work from home.
Travel Requirement:
This position requires minimal travel (approximately 15%).
