General Manager - Embassy Suites by Hilton Birmingham (Finance)

Embassy Suites Birmingham is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead and inspire a talented team, setting the benchmark for outstanding guest service. In this role, you'll be the main liaison between the hotel, its owners, and corporate partners, building strong relationships, developing communication strategies, and driving growth through collaboration. About the Property
Embassy Suites by Hilton Birmingham is an all-suite hotel nestled in the Southbridge Business Park, just three miles from downtown Birmingham and the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Each spacious suite features a separate living area, two flat-screen TVs, a microwave, and a mini-fridge.

Guests can enjoy a complimentary made-to-order breakfast and evening reception. Amenities include an indoor pool, fitness center, business center, and pet-friendly rooms. Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' General Manager OR 1 year Hotel Manager experience managing a property with $ 1 0M or greater in revenue and 150 + rooms.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a positive team member culture.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven success in driving revenue.
  • Ability to build and maintain successful ownership relationships and community partnerships.
  • Performance driven, with strong leadership capability and proven ability to attract, motivate, lead, inspire and direct a talented team towards driving excellent guest and employee satisfaction results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hilton brand experience.
  • Local market experience.
