Industrial Crew Lead (Finance)

Salary: Union wages and benefits to be discussed directly with the Branch Manager. Union Wages are between $44-$50 per hour.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leads and coaches crew members by providing feedback, assisting with tasks, and training new team members according to company and client policies.
  • Consistently follows all safety policies, including OSHA and regulatory requirements; completes Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), safety paperwork, and immediately reports any safety incidents or issues to management.
  • Inspects job sites, equipment, hoses, connections, pumps, and work areas before starting tasks, promptly reporting any deficiencies to the supervisor.
  • Operates and sets up industrial cleaning equipment such as high-pressure pumps, hydro-blasting, and vacuum systems, strictly adhering to operational guidelines and safety procedures.
  • Safely performs manual labor tasks around heavy machinery in loud, hazardous industrial environments, including cleaning, installing, fitting, and repairing equipment (valves, caps, hoses, pumps, gaskets, etc.).

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Class A CDL strongly preferred. Tanker endorsement required, or must be obtained shortly after hire.
  • Minimum 2 years of industrial cleaning experience required; experience in refinery, pulp & paper, manufacturing, or power generation industries preferred.
  • Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience operating hydro-blasting, vacuum, and/or high-pressure cleaning equipment required.
  • Must be available to work overtime as needed.
