Manager, Compliance Training & Education (Project Management)



Job Summary

Medline's Office of Ethics and Compliance is seeking a proactive and collaborative Manager, Compliance Training & Education to support the execution of enterprise-wide initiatives related to compliance training, communications, and vendor platform management. This individual works closely with risk owners to help develop and deliver engaging, accessible, and targeted training and communications that drive employee awareness and accountability. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of project coordination, instructional design support, and communication experience, with an emphasis on implementing high-quality training programs and tools across a global organization.

Job Description

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with risk owners and subject matter experts (SMEs) to support the design, development, and rollout of training modules that align with Medline polices and legal requirements.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a training implementation plan based on audience, risk, and timing.
  • Collaborate with the Risk Owners to draft communication materials such as brochures, internal announcements, FAQs, and intranet content.
  • Oversee daily operations of the learning management system (LMS), including: Manage user groups, assignments, and training curricula; Monitor completion status and support employees, managers, and administrators with access or technical issues; Upload and test training content to ensure functionality and readiness for deployment; Maintain centralized training documentation and dashboards for compliance reporting; Serve as the point of contact for managing training and compliance platforms, coordinating access, updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with vendors to translate policies, procedures, training and communications into relevant Medline languages to ensure global accessibility.
  • Support training Compliance initiatives in other regions, as needed.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

Work Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in training development, compliance, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated creativity in designing training, campaigns, or educational content.
  • Experience with learning technologies (e.g., LMS platforms, Articulate 360, Kahoot, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, deadlines, and stakeholders across business functions.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks across industries.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive.
  • Strong judgment and discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information.

Work Experience

  • Experience in a healthcare, medical device, or highly regulated industry.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$110,240.00 - $165,360.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
