Dura-Line, LLC., an Orbia business, is seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to lead our growth initiatives across the hyperscale market in the United States as a National Hyperscale Account Manager. This pivotal role will focus on driving expansion across a range of key applications, including long-haul, metro, and data center projects. As a growth champion, you will play a central role in identifying opportunities, supporting business development efforts, and shaping the future of Dura-Line's presence in the rapidly evolving hyperscale space.

We are seeking a seasoned commercial leader to drive strategic growth through effective relationship management and customer-centric execution. In this role, you'll work to build long-term partnerships with key accounts, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experience and achieving profitable outcomes. By engaging with C-level stakeholders and establishing a trusted advisor status, you'll position us as the vendor of choice within a complex and competitive landscape.

You'll be responsible for aligning cross-functional teams-sales, marketing, product management, and technical support-to develop and implement comprehensive account strategies. This includes managing account portfolios, forecasting customer needs, and introducing innovative, market-differentiating solutions. A strong emphasis will be placed on developing governance models, driving internal collaboration, and evolving service delivery in line with customer expectations.

You will need to bring experience managing long, technically complex sales cycles, often involving multiple stakeholders and extensive travel (up to 70%). A strategic mindset, strong influencing skills, and the ability to navigate matrixed environments are critical. Success in this role requires not only tactical execution but also the ability to coach teams, engage globally, and maintain a sharp focus on performance metrics and continuous growth.

The ideal candidate must have a bachelor's degree and bring strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with a proven ability to develop and execute detailed account plans for large, complex customers-particularly within the hyperscale and data center markets. Experience with conduit, micro duct, and cable installation is highly valued, along with a deep understanding of the sales channels and operational needs unique to this space.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and can lead teams across commercial, technical, and operational functions. This role requires excellent communication skills, sound judgment under pressure, and the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively. Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, as well as Microsoft Office, is essential.

Success in this position demands a hands-on, results-driven leader who inspires teams, builds strong internal and external relationships, and brings an entrepreneurial mindset. High emotional intelligence, resilience, and a commitment to integrity are key traits we value in our team.

We offer great benefits:
