Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking a compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aide for the Cambridge area to assist with our client who is in need of support and companionship.

Shifts Available:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9am-12pm

Job Description:
Assist with the Activities of Living, personal careAssist with light housekeepingEncourage walking, exercisingProviding stimulating conversationActivitiesPossible transportation to doctor's appointments, shopping, etc.Encourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders/CarePlanCompetently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphoneHome Health Aide would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner
