Senior Plant Director (Finance)

Join our team in Freeport, Illinois to lead our Manufacturing site. Our campus spreads across two locations in Freeport with over 600 employees. We have fabrication processes including machining, stamping, heat treatment, plating, brazing, and welding. In addition, we have a significant assembly operation, one of the largest in the Honeywell Sensing Solutions platform.Join our team in Freeport, Illinois to lead our Manufacturing site. Our campus spreads across two locations in Freeport with over 600 employees. We have fabrication processes including machining, stamping, heat treatment, plating, brazing, and welding.YOU MUST HAVE

  • 8+ years experience in a Manufacturing environment as a Site Leader
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety throughout the plant.
  • Build quality into our products and processes.
  • Oversee and guide the plant operations to meet production targets and deliver on customer commitments.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant operations, improve productivity, and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from targets.
  • Manage the plant budget and resources effectively to achieve financial goals.

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.

The annual base salary range for this position is $225K - $275K. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
