What is the Opportunity?
As a Business Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the analytical needs of our Customer Success, Digital Customer Success, and Professional Services teams. You'll partner closely with leaders across the GTM organization to deliver reporting, dashboards, and insights that drive better decision-making. This role combines hands-on technical skills with business acumen to identify opportunities, reduce risk, and ensure customer success coverage is accurate and actionable.

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
The typical base salary range for this role across the U.S. is USD $ 101,650.00 - $169,400.00 per year. This role may also be eligible for benefits and additional compensation, such as commission, bonuses, and equity.
