RN, Internal Travel Nurse, Assisted Living DON (Finance)



Great RN Leadership Opportunity! Local Travel DON - Oregon.

We're looking for an RN DON (or prior ADON level) to join our District Clinical Team and help cover our DON position in our district of 10 AL/Memory Care communities in Oregon.

Assisted Living exp desired but will train ADON's, DON's, Clinical Directors / Leaders in Assisted Living care level.

Position entails training and onboarding new nurses and acting as the DON of the building when assigned.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Full-time associates in role are also eligible for an annual bonus incentive. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Education as required to obtain state nursing license (RN). Five years of skilled nursing experience as a Director of Nursing (DON) or District/Regional Nurse Consultant required. Certification in Infection Prevention/Control and RAI process preferred. Basic typing skills, along with a working knowledge of personal computing and word processing software, are required, preferably in a Microsoft Windows environment.

Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements

RN license.
