Project/EOS Program Manager (Finance)



Turtle is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Project/EOS Program Manager to oversee the successful execution of key initiatives while driving accountability through the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and Project Management. This hybrid role blends project management, program oversight, and EOS leadership to ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and organizational priorities.

About the Role:

Project & Program Management

  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate stakeholders, resources, and communications across departments.
  • Track and report project KPIs to leadership and the Board.
  • Implement program management standards, ensuring consistent practices across initiatives.

EOS System Management
  • Act as the Integrator or EOS Process Owner to embed EOS principles throughout the company.
  • Facilitate Level 10 meetings, quarterly and annual EOS sessions, and ensure Rocks and Issues Lists are effectively managed, including use of Strety tool.
  • Support leadership in setting and maintaining clear goals, priorities, and accountability structures.
  • Maintain EOS tools (V/TO, Scorecard, Accountability Chart, etc.) to drive organizational focus.
  • Administer and optimize the Strety EOS platform, ensuring it is fully leveraged for meeting management, scorecards, accountability, and performance tracking.
  • Coach leaders and teams in EOS best practices, ensuring alignment between vision and execution.

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Partner with executives and department heads to translate strategy into executable projects.
  • Serve as the central point of accountability for corporate initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and transparency.
  • Act as a change agent to streamline processes and improve execution discipline.
  • Other duties as required.

What You'll Bring:
  1. Bachelors Degree preferred
  2. 5+ years' experience in operational/organizational senior leadership role
  3. Must be consist, disciplined, and able to complete initiatives
  4. Proven ability to translate high-level strategy into actionable operational plans
  5. Strong understanding of sales operations and strategy to support sales leaders, aligns KPIs, and drive cross-functional accountability that fuels revenue growth
  6. EOS: Experience as an Integrator—running Level 10 meetings, driving Rocks and Scorecards
  7. Proven experience in people management.
  8. Proven experience in risk management.
  9. Certified or trained in Six Sigma or similar operations methodology
