What you will be doing:

The Financial Reporting Analyst will work closely with our Senior Financial Analysts to ensure accurate and timely reporting as well as complete requests extended by Executive Management, various business lines, and regulators.

  • Perform a basic role in the monthly analysis of the Wintrust Loan Datamart to ensure lease data has integrity
  • Responsible for Past Due Reporting, data quality checks, paid-off analysis, new loan reporting, Shared National Credit reporting, management analysis
  • Collection of quarterly/monthly manual adjustments SOX controls
  • Ad-hoc reporting and various credit risk monitoring analysis to assist Executive Management with monitoring efforts
  • Participate in the quarterly close cycle and prepares commentary for a portion of the consolidated Board Reports for CP&CC, ERMC, and BRC Committees
  • Assists in completing Credit Portfolio Stress Testing presentations, analyzation of results, and contributes in working group discussions by keeping minutes and answering questions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business
  • Excel proficient, experience with Microsoft Suite and Microsoft SQL
  • Attention to detail
  • Concise and detailed note taking
  • Experience working collaboratively in a team environment

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience
