What You'll Be Doing:

Designing, programming, and troubleshooting electrical control systems

Working with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and all the acronyms you love

Traveling (occasionally) to see your hard work come to life at customer sites

Mentoring junior technicians (aka showing off your wisdom)

Collaborating with a team that actually listens and values your input

A deep understanding of control systems (this isnt your first panel build)

5+ years of hands-on experience in automation or controls

Ability to read schematics and speak fluent "PLC"

Curiosity, precision, and a great attitude
