We are currently looking for an Investment Banking Associate to join the Technology group in our Charlotte, NC office as part of our 2026 Investment Banking Associate Program starting July 2026. Read more about our Technology Investment Banking group here .
Our associate position offers a unique opportunity for ambitious professionals seeking to play a meaningful role in our continued growth while gaining significant experience in M&A, debt, equity and equity-linked transactions. The associate will prepare valuations, write memorandums for company sale assignments and private placements, prepare M&A analyses, and participate in due diligence and drafting sessions. The associate is responsible for structuring and executing transactions, and typically functions as a backup for relationships with important clients, is generally the key contact for some clients, and begins to assume some important new business responsibilities.

- Prior work experience involving financial analysis or transaction execution

The anticipated starting salary for individuals expressing interest in this position is $175,000 per year. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.
