Maintenance Technician (Maintenance)
Perform preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance on a wide range of unique manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, steam, pneumatic, and control systems.
Execute both simple and complex repairs on equipment and facilities.
Utilize CMMS software (iPad) to manage and document work orders.
Support continuous improvement by helping strengthen our preventive maintenance program.
Read and interpret manuals, schematics, ladder logic, and technical drawings.
Collaborate with leadership, vendors, and contractors to complete projects.
Occasionally support off-hour emergencies or weekend projects (overtime).
Mentor team members and share technical knowledge.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; technical coursework preferred.
3+ years industrial maintenance experience (5+ preferred).
Trade knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, welding, machine controls, and electrical are highly valued.
Strong problem-solving ability with a sense of urgency.
Calm, team-oriented communicator with strong people skills.
Safe work habits with ability to lift 50+ lbs and move throughout a large facility.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Forklift/manlift operation experience.

Starting wage from $30.00-$36.00/hour
