Golf Administrative Assistant (Administrative)



The award winning Grandover Resort & Spa, a Wyndham Grand Hotel is currently hiring for a Golf Office Assistant to join our team!!!
The position will entail a focus on administrative duties and tasks.
The position will be for 3 days per week or approximately 24 hours weekly Part-time
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all incoming phone callsPrep and code invoices for Timberscan: Attach and scan corresponding purchase orders.Inventory: Purchasing and Distributing all uniform, safety, and office supplies.Correspond with Human Resources with any inquiries from department staff.Assist with any projects assigned by the Director of Grounds.Keep office areas clean, tidy and organized.
