KILNFM - Kiln Fireman (Manufacturing)

US Brick has a current vacancy to join our diverse and dynamic company as a Kiln/Fireman Operator. This role will report directly to the Kiln Supervisor.

What you will be doing:
Maintain the dryers and kiln temperatures and adjust accordingly to correctly fire the brick using computer controls,
Load kiln cars into dryer and kiln on a timed schedule
Move cars around work tracks using transfer car
Load sand seal pots; reset insulation on Kiln car seals
Place, remove, and record fire check keys into Oracle spreadsheet
