SET THE COURSE

Tommy Bahama's digital experience is a core pillar of our Guest engagement strategy. As we evolve our omnichannel retail presence, this role is critical in driving business value through our eCommerce technology stack. Key responsibilities include leading a team that delivers enhancements and innovations to ensure the platform is taking advantage of new and emerging technologies, and providing Level 3 production support to ensure platform availability and performance.

BE THE ISLAND GUIDE

In partnership with IT, business stakeholders, third-party vendors and the Program Manager, the Project Manager will

  • Manage eCommerce projects across the program lifecycle - including intake, requirements validation, scoping/prioritization, design, development, testing and delivery
  • Partner with Solution Architects to assess technical integrations and cross-system dependencies
  • Support high-priority production issue resolution for eCommerce applications; partner with IT teams to identify root causes and implement remediations
  • Work closely with IT infrastructure team to monitor application performance
  • Work closely with the Business team to ensure priorities are understood, requirements are clearly documented, and value is being delivered
  • Lead cross-functional teams and external stakeholders by influence, fostering strong relationships without direct reporting authority
  • Provide proactive communication and leadership regarding project status, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and decision-making support
  • Produce and maintain technical support documentation for eCommerce applications
  • Cultivate strong relationships with software vendors and solution partners; evaluate product roadmaps and advocate for features that align with business priorities
  • Play a key role in identifying, shaping, and championing new initiatives and system improvements, including developing business cases and ROI assessments
  • Develop and sustain a high performing team culture - including goal setting, workload prioritization, and ongoing coaching of team members
  • Perform other duties as needed

ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE

Education and Certifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.

Experience and Skills
  • 8+ years experience managing multiple complex projects
  • 5+ years experience in packaged software implementation, integration and management - including both on premise and cloud-based applications
  • Must be able to understand how technical solutions are modeled to solve business problems or enable new business capabilities
  • Proven track record of project delivery excellence; raises the quality bar for project delivery
  • Experience using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication: Must be able to communicate effectively with business and IT stakeholders at different levels of technical competence
  • Must be able to facilitate effective meetings, including standups/scrum meetings with technical and business teams
  • Ability to work collaboratively with business, program management and other technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Self-motivated to stay abreast of industry relevant technology tools and trends
  • Adobe Marketing Stack experience (AEP, Analytics, Target, AEM) a plus
  • SAP Commerce Cloud/Hybris experience a plus
  • Bloomreach experience a plus
  • Service Now, Jira, Confluence experience a plus

Multiple factors will vary the applicable rate of pay for this role, including an individual's experience, knowledge, and skillset, as well as work location and available budget.

Rate Range: $103,200.00 to 134,000 annually
