What You'll Do
As Parts Manager, you will:
Oversee and manage all aspects of the Parts DepartmentEnsure accurate inventory control and timely ordering of OEM partsCreate monthly schedules for the Parts Department AssociatesCreates monthly reconciliations for the Parts DepartmentHires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all Parts Department associatesEstablishes parts inventory levels and controls to balance maximum turnover and manage obsolescenceAnalyze sales, expenses, and inventory monthly to maintain profit goalsEnsures that exceptional customer service is provided to both external and internal customers by all members of the Parts DepartmentDrive departmental performance through KPIs, accountability, and innovation

What You Bring
New car (OEM) dealership parts experience is required (BMW experience a plus)Current Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager ready to leadProven leadership ability and a hands-on management styleStrong understanding of parts operations, logistics, and inventory controlHigh standards of customer service and team developmentA commitment to the DRIVEN values
