Ship/Rec Specialist - Level 2 (Finance)

You will report directly to our Operations Manager, and you'll work out of our Greer, SC, location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the overall operational efficiency by ensuring the timely processing of shipments and receipts, thereby facilitating smooth supply chain operations and enhancing customer service levels.As a ship/rec specialist. • 3+ years of experience in shipping and receiving operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management software and tools.
• Experience in handling shipping documentation and compliance regulations.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

WE VALUE

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in shipping and receiving.
