Financial Analysis Advisor - Express Scripts - Hybrid (Finance)
Summary: The Rebate Forecasting & Analytics Advisor will perform a range of tasks and analysis in support of rebate modeling and value tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Financial analytic support- provide analytic support for key strategic Supply Chain, Product, and Finance initiatives
- Rebate performance tracking-maintain and update the financial value associated with key strategic initiatives
- Rebate reporting- create, maintain, and distribute macro/micro level rebate reporting
- Work cross functionally to ensure alignment on rates and value
- Maintain rates in the rebate model
- Ad hoc analysis, special projects, and reporting as needed
- Lead and/or assist in documenting best practices/SOPs for rebate modeling procedures
- Work cross functionally to align on rebate rate strategy and intent
- Manage tracking and entry of negotiated rates.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work cross-functionally to collect information and resolve issues
- Ability to handle analysis from issue identification to proposal of potential solutions
- Demonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently, remain focused and execute work with minimal supervision, able to multi-task effectively.
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Offices skills (Word, Excel,), general technical proficiency in other office related tools
- SQL experience a plus
- Excellent quantitative skills and ability to perform mathematical analysis and advanced problem solving.
