Maintenance Supervisor (Maintenance)
What you will do
Maintenance Supervisor, you will report to the Maintenance Manager and support operations at our on-site manufacturing facility. You'll lead a team of maintenance and technical support personnel on your assigned shift, ensuring production equipment is maintained and operating at peak efficiency.
How you will do it
Schedule, assign, and review maintenance, repair, and setup tasks to ensure compliance with specifications.
Provide hands-on troubleshooting support for complex technical issues.
Deliver technical training to maintenance staff and communicate process changes to production teams.
Monitor equipment performance, schedule repairs, and ensure smooth shift transitions.
Collaborate with engineering on new equipment and process improvements.
Promote safety and housekeeping standards across all maintenance activities.
What we look for
Required
Technical or bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial technology.
Strong mechanical skills with a solid electrical foundation.
Experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred
Familiarity with PLC technology.
Experience supporting experimental processes or special projects.
Knowledge of ISO 14001 environmental management systems.
