Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our growing team. In this role, you will assemble electronic and electro-mechanical products, sub-assemblies, and components according to product specifications. You will use your skills in wiring, soldering, cable harnessing, and component installation to ensure high-quality assembly that meets engineering and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble electronic and electro-mechanical products, sub-assemblies, and test kits according to specifications
  • Perform wiring, soldering, cable harnessing, and component installation using established procedures
  • Inspect assemblies for quality and ensure conformance to tolerances and standards
  • Identify and correct malfunctions through disassembly and rework as needed
  • Support packaging, labeling, and other production-related tasks
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace

What You Bring to the Role

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of relevant assembly, electronics, or manufacturing experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions and diagrams
  • Hands-on skills in soldering, wiring, and assembly processes
  • Ability to troubleshoot minor issues and make adjustments when needed
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment
  • Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with team members and supervisors

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $35,000.00 - $52,600.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
