The AVP of Strategic Alliances will be responsible for leading a team of Alliance Account Executives responsible for generating revenue through the development and management of assigned partner relationships within the high-growth Equifax Workforce Solutions business unit.
What You'll Do:
Oversee and manage the work of a team of Alliance Managers, responsible for the development, growth and overall value of partner relationships
Demonstrate skills in successful partnering and ensure team has the tools and resources to effectively develop these skills
Oversee the orchestration of internal resources and partner counterparts to encourage joint innovation, development and/or selling activity
Champion the strategic intent of the partnerships and ensure team fully understands how it aligns to their individual objectives
Define and drive the execution of both short- and long-term sales strategies that support alliance/partnership growth and drive value
Drive opportunity for new partnership development and ensure team can effectively identify and execute on those opportunities
Oversee teams activities to ensure they drive new business, revenue and market share
What experience you need:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
6-8+ years account management experience in a client facing role (alliance / channel experience preferred)
5+ years of previous experience in a service industry with focus on cross functional team approach within a matrixed COE environment
3-5+ years of previous experience in Management/Supervisory capacity
