What You'll Do

Close finance and lease deals with confidence

Present and sell protection products (VSC, GAP, insurance) with enthusiasm

Maximize profitability while ensuring compliance

Train and mentor team members on F&I best practices

Deliver a seamless, professional experience at the final step of the car-buying journey

What We're Looking For

Prior dealership F&I experience preferred

Strong closer with excellent communication skills

Professional presence and integrity-driven sales approach

Ability to pass background, MVR, and drug screening
