Responsible for maintaining the day-to-day month-end/quarter-end close general accounting functions to ensure accurate application of revenue recognition accounting guidance and partner revenue share calculations
Complete balance sheet reconciliations to the G/L, journal entries, and revenue analysis
Develop significant relationships and master coordination within the revenue accounting team, as well as with external auditors, finance, billing, and systems team members
Evaluate accuracy and completeness of financial results
Ownership and understanding of companies and products assigned
Perform other revenue accounting related duties as requested by management to ensure organizational goals are met and process improvements are implemented
What you'll bring:
Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or Business related field
0-2 years of experience in accounting
Advanced knowledge of Excel (including pivot tables and v-lookups)
Strong organization and prioritization skills with minimal supervision needed
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
What could set you apart:
Masters in Accounting/Business or CPA preferred
Knowledge of Revenue Recognition and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
Public Accounting experience
Experience with Tableau, Hyperion HFM/Essbase, Oracle or similar ERP
Experience working for a large multi-national company preferred
