Sr Event Specialist (Finance)



As a Senior Event Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing impactful events that elevate our brand and engage our audience. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing the planning and execution of a wide range of events, from product launches and trade shows to corporate gatherings and promotional campaigns. You will work out of our Charlotte NC or Houston TX location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.

Your meticulous attention to detail, coupled with your creative flair, will ensure that our events stand out and serve as powerful marketing tools. Your role is pivotal in guiding our company toward continued growth and success, making it an invaluable and impactful position within our organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and oversee the planning, organization, and execution of corporate events, trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop event strategies and objectives that align with business goals.
  • Manage event budgets, including vendor negotiations, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, travel arrangements, and event setup
  • Oversee event promotion and marketing efforts to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Manage event registration, attendee communication, and post-event follow-up
  • Evaluate event success and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and guide junior event management team members.

The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.
